USA! USA! Let’s make a caiparinha and get World Cup fever with @Trumbullkitchen for #TGIF

Maybe I call it soccer and you call it football, but what we can probably agree upon is that Brazilian cocktails are delicious. And it doesn’t get much more classic – or tasty – than a summery caiparinha.

Max Restaurant Group‘s Master Mixologist, Brian Mitchell (real title: Beverage Manager) breaks down how to make one in this video. Seriously – why WOULDN’T you try this at home? I’m off to steal some sugar packets from the cafeteria in preparation for tonight, bye (kidding)

Caiparinha
2 oz Leblon Cachaça
4 lime wedges
2 tbs sugar
Muddle lime and sugar in old fashioned mash
Fill out with crushed ice and add cachaça
